      pay is decent but could always be better, pretty friendly people that work in my particular market

      there is NEVER enough fleet to put on rent....there is ZERO SUPPORT....they don't invest in their employees....

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
