      Corporate company, all the good benefits, can move up easily if you work hard. Have the potential to make a lot of money

      Cons

      Equipment is constantly breaking down, making your customers sometimes hate you, base salary for outside sales is 25k and under. Micro managing and managers who will shove as much work on you as they can until you push back

      Pros

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Cons

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
