      Good benefits, Opportunities for advancement, good pay, and great team.

      Cons

      Hours may be long sometimes, and not to mention this a rental company. So there are some things that come with being in the rental business.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
