      The people. Working together with people who care care past the 5 o’clock. The community involvement is amazing. This is a great diverse work place where ideas are welcomed, shared, and celebrated.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
