      Where to begin. Great team environment. Industry leader. Can kill it money wise with right territory and drive. Truck, phone, laptop. Red Wing boots, the works.

      No cons that I can report on. Either it’s for you or it’s not. Fast pace can weed out the slackers

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
