Pros
I’ve worked for URP for a little over 4 years, I have worked at other facilities but stayed with URP because I love the ethics and what the company stands for. I would send my closest family to this facility if the needed help. The staff love what they do and it shows when they interact with our patients. The company always promotes from within and I have many opportunities to grow.
Cons
Some days are very long but in the end totally worth it. Our days are not predictable but it keeps it exciting.
