Pros
As a Process Server, you have a flexible schedule, but you still have to make service attempts at least every 3 days. You basically set your own hours.
Cons
Some of the service, collections for example, you are required to make 3 attempts. If you have no service on those 3 attempts, you don't get paid. Then you will eventually get those jobs back, and if you still don't get it served, you still get nothing. Before you know it, you are working for free. Plus, you have to go into their office every week to sign affidavits, at your own expense.
