      Pros

      Great nursing staff in rehab/memory care unit. Employees are friendly and work as a team. Management is great, caring, very involved in care coordination.

      Cons

      Pay is a little bit lower than similar facilities in town. Had a problem with CNA shortages for a while, which was stressful.

      Senior care is tough! Folks work hard for the residents, but in the end, it's for a great purpose.
