The people here are amazing, They are always willing to help, to share a smile and to just support you. Residents are super nice and ready to talk or just to offer a kind word of appreciation. There are tons of events happening at all times, they always urge us to participate and not be so focus on work 24/7.

As in any organization there's always room for improvement, the management team could use some training and education on how to better work with their team. Some managers are too involved in their employees lives and others not as much. But overall they are all nice.
