      Pros

      Easy to get hire, The only real requirement is to know how to work with Excel. You will get certified to operate forklifts. It is a good place to gain experience for future employment.

      Cons

      It is run by family, the few people that are not related quit in days because the difference are obvious. Previous experience doesn't matter because you start with minimum wage, you will stay with that pay if are not related to them. End of the month is the only time you see management. Pushing people and never appreciate how much work you do.

      Friendly coworkers and management. lots of overtime paid

      some times you have to work 14 hours per day
