Small plant operation with International holdings. Excellent pay and benefits. Open to inexperienced new hires, giving recent graduates in Process Technologies on the job training. Excellent Safety training through the Evonik plant.
Cons
Two-person shift operations limits ability to train in unfamiliar areas, either as a Board Operator or Field Technician. Strong mechanical repair skills needed to maintain equipment.
