UI is a company that you can actually retire from... it treats its employees well. Pay is good, bonuses great and benefits even better. The last several years we've even gotten bonuses over 100% due to the company's success!
I really enjoy the people I work with -- if you are stuck or need support someone is there for you as a co-worker and as a work friend!
Cons
Heavy workload... always more than can be done in a day! I know everyone else is working equally hard and slackers aren't tolerated.
