      Pros

      Some really good people are still left working that are loyal.

      Cons

      No trust with the management team. Managers are just puppets to make upper management happy and to keep their jobs and hourly people get the downside of the stress and expectations that are unrealistic. Managers dont work a full day mostly on Friday's or before a holiday but everyone else is expected to work a full shift or even on the weekends.

      Sometimes we get super busy and it can be overwhelming at times. This is seasonal so it's expected and planned for.

      Will steal your stuff Creates fake policies when they are upset with you Executive team holds others to standards they cannot reach themselves HR will gaslight you
