      Pros

      Great group of people to work with as far as coworkers are concerned. Everyone seems to want to work toward a common goal of educating students so that they can enter the allied healthcare field.

      Cons

      Management is very young, most of them never really working for another company. The company overall is not interested in brining in talent that can change and mold the company to make it a better place for education. Owners are very money driven and not driven to turn out a well polished "product" in their graduates.

      Pros

      I worked here for many years and had a positive overall experience. The company is very focused on student success and is always evolving to meet their needs. There’s a clear emphasis on making sure students gain meaningful skills and have good outcomes. Benefits are solid, including good PTO, and there’s a real focus on professional development. The owner also created a leadership program to help develop internal staff, which provides opportunities for growth and advancement. The environment is fast-paced and can be very busy, but it keeps the work engaging and never boring.

      Can be demanding at times.
