Student enrollment is down, which makes the staff nervous about job security.

None that I can think of. Very fake environment.

1. Constant's fear of losing a job. Company fires constantly fire people without providing any explanation to the team. Employees are terminated using fake and misleading information. 2. The company actively pushes its mission statement. However, in reality, it is only after money. We seem to only care about not losing students as it will cut off associated financial aid. 3. Student opinions are never collected nor evaluated. 4. Big disarray with internal processes. Students start their education without having access to appropriate tools like labs. It takes weeks to get them access; the problem constantly reoccurs. Reason - they don't pay for the subscriptions in an effort to save money.
