Pros
- I love my team: you could not really imagine a better HR department: so respectful, so inclusive, so ready with the help and support all the time - The best onboarding I've received: thanks to my closest co-workers I received all the necessary information for my current position, everything was more than just smooth, which in its turn, helped to get established and to bring the results very soon. - Very fair salary for the position at least for the Spanish market. - No micromanagement at all which gives you the possibility to grow as a professional in the way you want and which best suits your learning/growing speed. - Flexible hours that makes your life & work balance something REAL => it's not just something that they are "selling" to you in other companies. - Up to 32 working days of vacation which is very very hard to find on the Spanish labour market and it's a huge plus to a quite a good salary. - Open feedback culture that is also real and applicable at all levels helps you to correct and improve very fast.
Cons
- Sometimes the German language is an issue in internal group meetings for the person who speaks no German like me, but it's quite easily solved with the team members upon your request.
