      Pros

      None really at this stage.

      Cons

      - No career growth opportunities. Many new positions go unadvertised. - Staff is being cut every month to make the financials looks good in order to sell the company. - Too much focus on the "bells and whistles" while some of the most basic functionality does not work. - The "talking heads" at the top are completely out of touch with what happens on the ground. - Management lacks credibility as on the one hand they tout how important the staff are and the next minute those important people are let go.
