      Get to travel to Europe 2x per year Solution Consultants are very good

      Cons

      Owned by a Private Equity Company that only cares about reselling the company. There is zero investment in North America. However, they expect the highest growth from North America. The CRO only cares about cashing out. Maybe with the new CEO things will get better, but right now they do not care about their employees or their customers. In addition, they are not investing in improving their software in NA.
