Pros

It seems like efforts are finally being made to address some of the very obvious issues with leadership turnover, lack of culture, empathy for employees, and product roadmap communication. It could be too little too late for many of today's more tenured people.

Cons

Engineering, product, and CS not aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. People team is understaffed and expected to "create culture" when it is clear that employee well being is an afterthought. CEO remains tone deaf to the fact that empathetic leadership is lacking and that not everyone is motivated by the same things. Only cares about growth at all costs. High-level strategy is unclear and people are expected to pivot from planned activities or take on way more than what is acceptable to reach ridiculous, unfounded goals.

Pros

You do get the freedom to work on areas you like. (mostly, i.e after you have help put out fires) - The new CEO is nice so far, glad the old one left. Everything they say about them in the comments is true.

Cons

- Super Immature Product and "chairman" - Scrappy even after what 7 years? - Lies about Profitability - Delusional middle managers
