Incompetent, inexperienced, clique-driven senior managers in the Larbert office, who promote based on nepotism rather than merit or talent. A poisonous culture of blatant lies, manipulation, bullying and harassment by senior management in Larbert, which is not recognised, or, if it is, it is effectively ignored, by HQ in Spain. Verbal abuse is a daily occurence, and she rules through fear, manipulation, fabricating lies and intimidation. Staff are treated as commodities, inadequately trained, under intense pressure, with frequent mistakes made in pay and reward - not acceptable when you are already on minimum wage. And there is no effort to develop or engage staff to encourage them to stay long term - they are dispensible and are treated as such. Staff turnover is the worst I have seen anywhere. Probably the worst call centre senior management team in Scotland. If the clients knew what went on, they'd never sign with Unisono. If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star. Work anywhere else, but here.
