The work culture is unsustainable, and employees are severely overworked by being forced to cover multiple roles without fair or market-rate compensation. Salary payments are highly inconsistent and lack professional processing methods (everyone is paid via UPI), and requests for timely pay are routinely dismissed by management. Additionally, the business model heavily relies on exploiting underpaid interns, recruiting them from the company's own student pool under the false promise of career placements.
