USP is a friendly and warm environment to work in. There are many opportunities in career advancement and Management take you seriously. All the staff members are friendly and reliable, the work is interesting and rewardable and the Managing Director is an extremely compassionate human being. Adam Caplan (MD) has always had time for his employees, he listens to them and helps them develop their skill set to become the best they can at their job role. He treats each staff member like family and helps them through any trial and tribulations they may be experiencing. He is generous and kind and one of the best bosses I have ever had.
