The pay is extremely low, especially considering the owners drive Teslas and high-end BMWs. It’s unclear why they can’t provide employees with a livable wage. Additionally, it seems the store itself isn’t the main source of income—their real revenue likely comes from their baby products business. If you still live with your parents and aren’t focused on long-term career growth, this might be a suitable job for you. While the owners are kind, the VP doesn’t even acknowledge employees, often walking past without saying hello.
