An insight into a magazine subscription company.
Cons
A huge range of tasks to do - the amount of work and responsibility given did not match the salary. New business plans brought into place on a regular basis. Often these plans were not well thought out, and staff were fired when they became surplus to requirements. No consideration given to the effect this would have on the staff who found themselves out of a job. Long standing members of staff (across all areas of the business) who had great experience were often not listened to or shown respect.
