Exceptional Leadership that keeps employees in forefront and are always welcoming recommendations and recognizes talent. And one of the best ways UCI fosters teamwork is by sharing lunch every day while sharing life outside work.

Being a small business the company has limited health plans and lacks dependent care program. With the growth the company should consider adding additional benefits.
