30% discount was nice but it didn't extend to limited offer items
Cons
management had very high expectations for new hires because the store was so busy. not very organized - minimal training and no handbook given as promised but expected to know everything as they quiz you. some coworkers were toxic and condescending for an ego boost. environment was similar to a toxic commission-based store but we made no commission. expected to be able to do the work of a few employees even as a new hire.
