Pros

Company makes you work hard with high standards. Decent employee discount.

Cons

This ELABORATELY structured company is extremely unorganized. Upper management's many DIRECTIONS usually end up a failure and fizzle out. Directions are opinions and the opinions come from so many different managers, it creates double the workload. Head office really SUPPORTS themselves. Zero support from head office for stores. Head office is filled with a bunch of so-called "experts" that just read numbers off of a page and share their opinions without considering cost, time and energy consumed to meet their demands. Upper management is very QUICK and EFFICIENT at pointing out problems and dodging them. No one from upper management takes any responsibility for their mistakes. Upper management is very quick to point blame and out them publicly in front of peers. Upper management is AMAZING at pointing out problems yet no one likes to tackle any problem and solve it. They just pass on the problem from one person to another and demand solutions within unreasonable time frames. The extremely HIGH STANDARDS are never upheld. Zero standards when it comes to promotions. To get promoted, you must pass an evaluation and pass a written test. Upper management promotes on favouritism and promotes those who did not meet evaluation nor pass the test. The supervisors are EXCELLENT at pointing out mistakes but have no clue as to how to fix those mistakes. Instead, they either push it onto someone else or find someone to blame for the mistakes. Working hours are GREAT only if it saves the company money. Terrible work/life balance. They say work within normal working hours, yet they throw on 12 hours worth of work each day, expecting you to complete it within 8 hours.

Pros

Great Benefits. Better than most companies. Pay is good for your role in the management realm. Sales Associates also receive better pay than other retail companies.

Cons

No Work/life balance Little to no promotional opportunities unless you're favored by management or your mother works there. (The staff notices) Promotions are based on passing an exam and then an interview of the US CEO. If they don't like your interview, you don't get promoted. Specialty team managers don't get pay increases unless your title changes which can take several years. They force you to take your PTO, but deny it when you submit it, claiming "business needs."
