Bully culture - horrible and miserable management - Sales Uniqlo Employee Review

Bully culture, insane lack of training but expectation to know how to do this all on first day. Favoritism from Management displayed really awkwardly in front of the people who are shunned (Imagine someone speaking very mono-tone and degrading your work then to speaking like some anime character to someone else haha) Will call your emergency contacts if you are a no show at work? uhmmm.... why call them when that isn't really an emergency?
