      Pros

      Great benefits...the insurance is really cheap but has great coverage. Premiums are low. 401k has a good match...also bonus

      Cons

      Long hours and lot of overtime. Last minute changes to schedules. Not very proactive at times...

      Production can fluctuate sometimes, last minute notice of ot or ot cancellation.
