      Now under the Bosch group name, that's prob the only good thing I can think of

      Cons

      Terrible management with the wrong focus; management only cares about the numbers and never really its employees or anything.

      People are friendly and open to talk to.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work overtime, but will be compensated for that.

      -It's a bosch group company, so there is plenty of chance to work with foreign colleagues -Really cares about employee

      Cons

      -Big company. Not easy to do something different -The products are out of date. Must keep pace to develope new product.
