Pros
Good rostering team for pharmacists so annual leave is never an issue
Cons
Middle management/Area Managers are incompetent and often have little to no actual pharmacy experience, which causes problems for pharmacists. You don’t feel valued as a pharmacist- the company is very large and growing. So in my opionion, the healthcare and patient care aspect has definitely gotten lost, with most of the focus on reducing staff and costs, expecting staff and pharmacists to take on more and more tasks as they cut staff hours from all stores. Can take weeks to get a reply from any head office department- HR, Payroll etc. Staff in positions for years, with lots of experience, and still on minimum wage.
