Great people, amazing office, high reputation!

No cons that I can think of.

The other artists are great to work with. Many of the producers are willing to go to bat for their artists when client requests are unreasonable. They gate a yearly Christmas bonus. Good benefits (though no 401K) Good Christmas party, and they provided lunch. The two owners that are also editors are great to work with.

I didn't feel apricated. Their pay was below the industry standard. They lacked transparency. I felt like I was respected less because I was a female artist. Work-life balance is not great. When I was laid off (after working there for six years)and I asked if I was being let go for-cause they told me I wasn't, but it felt like I was being fired. (by which I mean it felt like I had been used up and thrown away like yesterdays garbage)
