      This is a great place to work. It is very family friendly oriented and everyone cares about your family and their activities. The bank is also one big family. Also, very good benefits for the size of the company.

      Cons

      Some of the long term staff are resistant to change.

      Hours are great. Location and office are nice.

      Cons

      If you see rules being broken. Don't mention to upper mgnt. YOU will be the one they blame. 7 -8 people have been dismissed or quit due to one person to "whom the rules do NOT apply".
