      Great pay for a non-union job.

      Cons

      Benefits are the worst I've ever seen. HR is more useless than most. Management needs communication and organization coaching. By reputation Union Square companies invest in employees careers, I've senen none of that. No training, no job description, no review or raise schedule. Incredibly toxic work atmosphere.

      People, Salary, Partial Remote Work, Location/Office Amenities

      These are still positives: fast paced, busy work load, lots of different businesses (not just restaurants or commissary kitchen)

      Ability to execute various desserts/pastries and learn different things every day Overtime

      Cons

      Too much Overtime Mismanagement, unable to leave (clock out) unless everyone is done even if you're finished with your work on time. No choice in the matter either Head chef doesn't listen to team when issues are brought up
