Excellent staff. Once you show yourself reliable and a team player, after a few weeks, you will be up to your ears with requests. Great people, great pay, and taken care of.

Shifts can be lonnnng at times and the holiday season you can really rack up hours. But you have full discretion to take on and turn hours down. The overtime is great. Some jobs are harder than others too. Your captain may struggle to find time to give you a break, especially if understaffed. This rarely happens and everyone is usually super transparent when things aren't going as planned. This balances out in my opinion, as a lot of shifts can be super breezy.

Too much Overtime Mismanagement, unable to leave (clock out) unless everyone is done even if you're finished with your work on time. No choice in the matter either Head chef doesn't listen to team when issues are brought up
