Pros
Great pay for the availability, better benefits than most employers
Cons
New hires get little to no actual training before getting marked up. You're thrown to the wolves WAY too soon. They claim they focus on safety, but when managers test, they show little help instead of writing someone up for the slightest thing. Managers are supposedly required to have as many failed testing events as they have in the past. The new CEO has shown us in his past role, he cares little about employees, yet cares more about saving money, I stead of MAKING money, or even spending money on anything related to our actual goal, which should be gaining more customers and moving freight. VERY poor work life balance, PEB states we are to have a better "schedule", but CEO is fighting the unions to keep us working our butts off, day in and day out. He's only worried about how much less of a bonus he gets at the end of the quarter.
