Stay away from this corrupted company - Train Conductor Union Pacific Employee Review

No schedule. Get called out of town potentially ever 10 hours. Local management causes a hostile working environment. There is not local HR help. Company is run wholly by share holders opinions. New ways of railroading (and or reinventing the wheel) get introduced every 3-5 years. Ceo is all about profits. Don't plan on spending time with your family. You will work every major holiday.
