Pros
There are some great people here. But there are also a significant amount of slugs. Location is prime, lots of places to escape the prison and go to lunch!
Cons
Management is some of the worst I've ever seen. Information is hoarded, even information that desperately needs to be shared. Although there is a tunnel to get to the building from the parking garage, it's 1) stupid expensive 2) ridiculously hard and takes a loooong time to get a spot at all and 3)two blocks away from the building. They'll sell you that there are "so many growth opportunities". That's what spurred my to leave the job I had and loved to pursue growth and development opportunities. It was a lie. The first time I brought up career growth to my manager (at my annual review), he literally yelled at me and asked if I thought I was too good for the team I was on.
