      Stable Pension People that want to help Plenty of opportunities to move forward Employee Resource Groups available for Minorities, Women, and the GLT Community Strong Leadership Good pay

      Cons

      Long hours Very stressful Not fun if you are not interested in the transportation industry Huge learning curve If you are not from Omaha, it is not a very exciting place to be in regards to HQ Very conservative company (slowly changing) Takes a long time to move up for some areas
