      In the time I took to write anything in this field, UP laid off another 500 people

      And there goes another 500 people. Pretty cool how UP can post historical gains yet lay off people as if... they don't actually care about people. But it couldn't be that, could it?

      No experience needed, decent pay. Some ok people.

      Cons

      Starting low seniority will have you moved all around the state potentially. Managers actively try to get you fired in some cases.
