      $$$$ and benis, good coworkers, great scenery,

      Cons

      management, layoffs, constant pressure to stay marked up, even when u do, they won't give time off when needed, they lure you to work for them with promise of great pay, but forget to mention about furloughs and low seniority means low $$$

      Good pay and benefits. Work is challenging.

      Cons

      Weak lower and middle management - they only care about their own careers. Poor morale. UP went down hill after Jim Young passed away.
