- Superiors do not listen to you at all with any suggestions and expect you to put work before everything. -Poor management; expect them to be rude. -Management are not flexible with any needs you may have and expect you to be with the business’. Poor shift patterns, including ones where you’d finish at 10pm and start again at 6am the next day.
