Valued human capital, longevity, and training. Great benefits and people. Different than may commercial banks. Big Bank with a small Bank feel.
Cons
Technology was lacking. Overly complicated processes. U.S. Bank acquisition changed everything. U.S. Bank culture vastly different from Union Bank. U.S. Bank does not value "actual" training, one of the things Union Bank was known for.
