      Management has been complacent and let the company go. No pay increases over past few years

      Relaxed environment, decent pay, and good hours .

      Cons

      Management is lacking by alot, theres alot of boss's but not one leader amongst them . The company is extremely heavy in the non production side ( bosses, sales, engineers, ect ) out numbering the shop floor atleast 2 - 1
