They Don't know the industry, are unrealistic about investors and take advantage of employees left and right. During financial hardships they stopped paying all employees some for months on end then go on twitter rants about how no one wants to work for the love of games when they don't pay employees. all the while lying left and right about payments coming soon. They also Hire family members with zero experience and put them in director roles over employees with actual technical knowledge, and this holds/held up production for months while these knew employees/director/brothers were pushy rude and generally disrespectful to other employees. Also employer displayed zero trust in employees, they required them to be on a call and screen sharing for 8hours a day. and would aggressively monitor the screen shares and be skeptical if artists want to work in peace and solitude to meet deadlines.
