It has been a few months since I became part of Unify, and I would like to share my experience about the company culture. My first team meetup after joining Unify was truly a memorable experience. It was refreshing to interact with everyone outside of our usual work conversations and connect on a more personal level. The meetup created a very positive and comfortable atmosphere where everyone felt included, connected, and engaged. Moments like these genuinely reflect Unify’s culture a workplace that values people, relationships, collaboration. As a new employee, experiences like these helped me feel more welcomed and comfortable within the organization. It also gave me the opportunity to understand the team better, build stronger connections, and appreciate the supportive environment that Unify promotes. These initiatives not only strengthen team bonding but also motivate employees and create a sense of belonging within the organization. Looking forward to many more such moments and experiences as part of the Unify journey.

Would be better if we had more learning opportunities to upscale. No Cab facility

Having recently joined Unify and completing 3+ months with the organization, I would like to share my experience from the recent team meetup, which was also my first meetup after joining the company. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with everyone beyond our regular work environment and get to know colleagues on a more personal level. Experiences like these truly reflect Unify’s culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement. The gathering made me feel more connected, welcomed, aligned, and motivated as part of the team, while promoting a positive and people focused work culture. As the company continues to grow, some process are still evolving and HR team / management is working on this on need basis..
