It has been a few months since I became part of Unify, and I would like to share my experience about the company culture. My first team meetup after joining Unify was truly a memorable experience. It was refreshing to interact with everyone outside of our usual work conversations and connect on a more personal level. The meetup created a very positive and comfortable atmosphere where everyone felt included, connected, and engaged. Moments like these genuinely reflect Unify’s culture a workplace that values people, relationships, collaboration. As a new employee, experiences like these helped me feel more welcomed and comfortable within the organization. It also gave me the opportunity to understand the team better, build stronger connections, and appreciate the supportive environment that Unify promotes. These initiatives not only strengthen team bonding but also motivate employees and create a sense of belonging within the organization. Would be better if we had more learning opportunities to upscale. No Cab facility

It would be great if reimbersement for learning advanced online courses are provided
