Great team bonding and inclusive culture, with an evolving process(on a positive note) - Lead Software Test Engineer Unifytech Employee Review

It has been a few months since I became part of Unify, and I would like to share my experience about the company culture. My first team meetup after joining Unify was truly a memorable experience. It was refreshing to interact with everyone outside of our usual work conversations and connect on a more personal level. The meetup created a very positive and comfortable atmosphere where everyone felt included, connected, and engaged. Moments like these genuinely reflect Unify’s culture a workplace that values people, relationships, collaboration. As a new employee, experiences like these helped me feel more welcomed and comfortable within the organization. It also gave me the opportunity to understand the team better, build stronger connections, and appreciate the supportive environment that Unify promotes. These initiatives not only strengthen team bonding but also motivate employees and create a sense of belonging within the organization. Looking forward to many more such moments and experiences as part of the Unify journey.

I wouldn’t recommend joining Unify Technologies — even if you’re desperate. In fact, especially if you’re desperate, avoid this company. It lacks transparency, stability, and basic employee support. One major issue is how they handle bench resources. They never clearly inform you that being on the bench can lead to being laid off within a month. There’s also a serious lack of projects, so once your current project ends, there’s no guarantee of getting another one. Communication is another big problem. Employees are not clearly informed about project end dates or even their last working day, which creates constant uncertainty and stress. The internal processes are outdated and frustrating as well — even something as basic as leave tracking is handled manually through Google Forms and Excel, which reflects poor HR systems and lack of proper infrastructure. Overall, poor communication, weak project pipeline, outdated processes, and job insecurity make this a very difficult place to work. Think carefully before joining. Can’t give 0 stars so giving it a 1
