      work from home or anywhere in the world

      Cons

      Old employees from previous company are CEO's favourite and they protect each other and play high level politics to take credit without doing actual work. CEO has a complete say in everything so not really a corporate culture. Projects are planned without considering the overall impact etc due to which those who are not from old company keep slogging for more than 10-12 hours.
