- decent pay - there aren't any other pros

- overworked, worst job I have ever had in my entire life - got criticised for asking for days off that I genuinely needed - manager blatantly favoured certain staff over others - couldn't quit because they threatened me with a £150 fee if I left - staff have a huge ego boost and felt as though they constantly needed to put down the new employees as a power play - rude staff and management - substandard lunch facilities and toilet, had to eat lunch by an outdoor bin
